DESCRIPTION:K-117 Weekend Start/ Candidate Welcome \nFriday\, February 21st \n7:15 pm\, Fellowship Hall \nDeColores Brothers and Sisters! \nI am so excited for this upcoming weekend! I have seen God move in my life and the lives of some of the men on the team! The verse for the weekend is Joshua 24:15\, “But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you\, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve\, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates or the gods of the Amorites\, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household\, we will serve the Lord.” In short\, “Choose this Day who you will serve!” My challenge for the men on the weekend is\, “Who are you serving?” If you are not serving the Lord\, why aren’t you? What’s holding you back? Are you a slave to your job? Money? Pornography? I pray every day that God puts a hedge of protection around the team and candidates. I pray if some of the men are not serving the Lord\, we can equip them throughout the weekend to take a stand and be the leader of their houses that God created them to be. \nDiscernment was awesome! To see God move through the men was amazing. I know that God has a plan for each of us and I can’t wait to hear what the Spirit has put on their hearts at the First Talk meeting.
